While we make every effort to display accurate product information — including specifications, colours, GSM, pricing and availability — we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Actual product colour may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing variations.
4. Pricing & Quotations
- All prices on the website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice.
- Final pricing is confirmed via formal quotation issued by our sales team.
- Quotations are valid for 15 days from issue unless otherwise stated.
- All prices are exclusive of GST, freight and other applicable charges unless explicitly mentioned.
5. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to written confirmation by Aggarwal Fabrics. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is binding only after our written acceptance (Proforma Invoice) and receipt of advance payment as per agreed terms.
6. Payment Terms
- Standard terms: 30% advance with order, balance against Proforma Invoice before dispatch.
- Credit terms may be negotiated for established repeat customers.
- All payments via NEFT, RTGS, UPI or account-payee cheque only.
- Late payment may attract interest at 18% p.a.
7. Delivery & Dispatch
- Delivery timelines are indicative and not binding unless specifically agreed in writing.
- Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our factory.
- Freight charges are extra and to buyer's account unless quoted otherwise.
- We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
8. Quality & Returns
All products are manufactured to specifications confirmed at the order stage. Any quality concerns must be raised within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We do not accept returns of customized products or fabrics cut/used by the buyer. Replacement or credit-note is offered at our sole discretion against verified quality claims.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, text, designs and code — is the property of Aggarwal Fabrics or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aggarwal Fabrics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, raw material shortages or power failures.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhiwani, Haryana.
